Nigerian National Assembly delegation from Plateau
Plateau State's delegation in Nigeria's National Assembly
The Nigerian National Assembly delegation from Plateau comprises three Senators representing Plateau South, Plateau Central, and Plateau North, and eight Representatives representing Barkin Ladi/Riyom, Jos North/Bassa, Jos South/Jos East, Langtang North/Langtang South, Mangu/Bokkos, Mikang/Shendam/Qua'an-Pan, Pankshin/Kanke/Kanam and Wase. Prior to the evolution of the Fourth Nigerian Republic, there existed the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Republics respectively before it. In the Third Nigerian Republic, there were the senatorial districts of Plateau North, Plateau East and Plateau West. The House of Representatives constituencies consisted of the individual Local Government Areas of the state qualified at that time as Federal constituencies.

EDWARD GYANG PWAJOK
Born on the 21st of November ,1965, in kuru village of Jos South local government area of Plateau state to the family of Da P D Pwajok(Ksm) and Ngwo Veronica kangyang Pwajok( of blessed memory ),started his education at kindergarten in NVRI Vom in 1969; Primary School at Fatima Private School ,Jos , 1970-1976; Secondary School education at st Joseph’s College ,Vom, 1976-1981, Government Secondary School Kuru,1981-1982; where he passed his GCE O level with distinction.He was awarded the prize for the best arts student and represented his school which came 1st in the State’s Quiz Competition in 1982.
Admitted to study law in the university of Jos ,1982-1985;1990-1992 where he graduated with Ll b.
Was called to the Bar in June 1994 after attending the Nigeria Law School, Lagos .
He did his national youth service in Kaduna between 1994 and 1995 at the NBS investments ltd where he served as Company Secretary.
