    Moet Abebe gets an 11th tattoo with the words "yesterday will not define me" and shares the story behind it


    TV personality, Moet Abebe has got a new tattoo and she shared it online together with the back story.

    "Yesterday will not define me" the tattoo on the inner part of her arm, which is her 11th, reads, followed with a Lotus flower.

     

     

    Sharing the reason for the flower tattoo, Ms Abebe said:

    Well for quite some time I have been obsessed with all the spiritual symbolisms of “The Lotus Flower”... It is a flower that experiences immaculate conception every day.. Now I have often viewed myself as being similar to a lotus flower as it has a life cycle unlike any other. With its roots based in mud, it submerges every night into murky river water, and undeterred by its dirty environment, it miraculously re-blooms the next morning without residue on its petals.

    John Abebe, father of Soundcity VJ Moet, arraigned for forgery and remanded in Ikoyi Prison

     


    The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Lagos Zonal Office, on Thursday, July 26, 2018, arraigned John Warimeme Abebe who is Obasanjo's inlaw and father of Soundcity VJ, Moet Abebe before Justice Mojisola Dada of the Special Offences Court sitting in Ikeja, Lagos on a four-count charge bordering on forgery, fabricating evidence, using fabricated evidence and attempt to pervert the course of justice.

     

    One of the count reads: “That you, Dr. John Warimeme Abebe, on or about the 22nd day of June, 2010  in Lagos, within the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court, knowingly forged BP Exploration Nigeria Limited's letter dated 30th November,1995 to Inducon (Nigeria) Limited by inserting in page 2 of the said letter the following words: “Also note that the ‘Buy-Out Option' only applies to the pre-production stag
