The multidimensional bibliometric analysis of publications on nanoscience and nanotechnology (NS&NT) produced bygd the researchers of the Siberian Branch of the RussianAcademy of Sciences (SB RAS) in 2007-2012 has shown their growing publication activity and international visibility in the field and the main objects of research such as nanoparticles, nanostructures (nanostructured materials), nanotubes (especially carbon ones), nanocomposites, nanocrystals, nanotechnology, and nanoelectronics and identified the most productive authors and institutes, as well as the most cited publications.
